Ann is always the kindest and most accommodating. I've gone here for 3 years and she always makes sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need to be relaxed. She gives wonderful massages and I always leave with less muscle tension overall. I highly recommend!

Had an amazing massage experience today. The atmosphere was relaxing, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. You can truly tell they care about making people feel comfortable and refreshed. I walked in stressed and tense, and left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend to anyone needing relaxation, relief, and a little self-care.

I went in to get a massage and the the lady doing it kept having to leave to go answer the phones which I can understand to a point. The massage was decent but the interruptions didn’t make it the best. When I went to tip $20 the lady Ann said “ That’s It ? “ I kid you not!! Which I couldn’t understand since a $20 tip is way over 20% gratuity for $60 massage. And this is probably the second time I’ve gone and the first time was nothing like this experience but I only takes one time to have an awful experience and never want to go back to an unappreciative, unprofessional, and greedy place.

Hands down the best massage my husband and I have ever had; the couples massage room was very calming and romantic. The facility was clean and had thoughtful amenities. Alice and Tina are very skilled and thorough, they are masters with the hot stones! Whenever we go back to Indy, we will definitely visit Ann Spa again. Thank you! ☺️
